Service Overview
Lucid Flight Ltd offers a range of complementary wellness services, including massage therapy, trauma therapy, movement, nutrition, and advanced therapies such as HOCATT™ ozone sauna and infrared sauna. Our services are designed to support your overall well-being and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Your Responsibilities
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to book appointments. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian must book and attend the appointment.
- Health Disclosure: Please provide accurate and complete health information to ensure our services are tailored to your needs and conducted safely.
- Compliance: By using our services, you agree to adhere to local laws and regulations.
Our Rights
- Copyright: All content on our website (text, images, and logos) is owned by Lucid Flight Ltd and protected under copyright laws. Please do not use our content without permission.
- Trademarks: All trademarks and logos associated with Lucid Flight Ltd are proprietary and cannot be used without prior consent.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting us directly.
- Payments: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or in person. Invoices will be issued post-appointment.
- Cancellation: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
- Multiple Missed Appointments: After two missed or late-cancelled appointments, future bookings must be prepaid in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. International users agree to comply with local regulations.

Pricing Terms and Conditions
We strive to keep our membership, packages and combination passes offerings consistent, but as the wellness industry evolves, we may adjust membership benefits and service allocations as needed. Any changes will be managed by Lucid Flight Ltd.
- Some services have a minimum three-month commitment.
- To cancel you must provide four weeks written notice.
- Prices, usage, and all other terms are subject to change with four weeks' notice.
- Some memberships, packages and combination passes are not shareable or transferable unless otherwise stated.
- All prices indicated excludes tax.
- Lucid Flight’s cancellation policies and relevant late payments and processing fees apply to all membership/package.
- Services received and payments processed are non-refundable.
- Unused services expire at the end of each month unless otherwise specified (unused services do not accumulate).
You must make sure there’s always enough money in your account when payments are due. If you miss a direct debit payment you might not be able to access the clinic, and a late fee will be added to your account along with the missed fee.

Back-to-back bookings for the same service are not permitted. Lucid Flight reserves the right to limit service usage at its discretion.
Lucid Flight's operating hours and closure days are determined at the discretion of management. Membership payments will only be paused, stopped, or refunded if:
- A request is made to Lucid Flight management at least four weeks before a closure, and
- The studio is closed for more than two weeks within a calendar year.
We want every client to have a great experience at Lucid Flight. However, refunds and returns are limited to specific situations. Services purchased and/or received, including membership payments, are non-refundable.
Refunds due to complaints will only be considered if submitted within five days of purchase. After this period, all purchases are final.
We strive to maintain high standards across our services and facilities. If you have a concern during your visit, please notify our staff so they can address it immediately. Feedback is also welcomed via email.
We do our best to keep our website content up to date, but prices and package offerings may change or be discontinued without prior notice.
Some plans, packages, and memberships must be used within three months of purchase, are non-transferable, and cannot be purchased as gift cards.
Gift vouchers must be presented to reception on arrival. Lucid Flight will not accept liability for Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. All Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
- Phone our clinic or,
- Send a cancellation request via email.
As we reserve bookings and may turn away other clients, cancellation policies and fees apply. Please check your booking confirmation email or contact us for specific details. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service.
Membership Cancellations
Unless stated otherwise, all memberships require four weeks' notice for cancellation (equivalent to four additional payments). Any unused services during this period must be redeemed before the membership ends, as any remaining credit will expire. To cancel, please email us.
Membership Suspensions
Membership suspensions are granted at the discretion of Lucid Flight management. The maximum suspension period is four weeks per year.
